Sautéed Radicchio and Mustard Greens

1/2 cup fresh orange juice
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup honey
2 teaspoons cornstarch
3 tablespoons sesame oil
1 tablespoon chopped ginger
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
1 tablespoon dry mustard
2 heads Royal Rose radicchio, cored and chopped
2 pounds mustard greens, cleaned
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
Whisk together the orange juice, soy sauce and honey in a small bowl. Combine the cornstarch with 1 teaspoon of water to form a slurry, and stir into the juice mixture. Heat the sesame oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Stir in the ginger, garlic and mustard and sauté for 30 seconds. Add the radicchio and mustard greens to the hot oil mixture to wilt. Stir the juice mixture into the greens and heat until the greens are coated and the sauce has thickened. Toss greens with the sesame seeds before serving.
