Frisee, Radicchio, Apple, Hazelnut Salad with Sweet-Hot Dressing

1 head frisee, cleaned and chopped
1 head radicchio, cleaned and chopped
2 crisp, tart apples (like Granny Smith), cored and diced
4 green onions, thinly sliced
1/3 cup cider vinegar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1/4 cup chopped hazelnuts

In large serving bowl toss together frisee, radicchio, apple and onion. In small saucepan combine vinegar, sugar, oil, Worcestershire and hot pepper sauce; bring to a boil, stirring. Pour over salad and toss to coat. Add nuts and toss again. Serve immediately.
