Blend 1 to 2 drops of hickory seasoning/liquid smoke into 1/2 cup traditional barbecue sauce.
Canadian bacon, pepperoni slices, or cooked chicken dices may be substituted for sausage.
Heat oven to 425 F. Transfer crusts to spray-coated pizza pans. Brush crusts with barbecue sauce. Sprinkle on onion. Blend honey and water. Place radicchio in small bowl. Sprinkle on honey mixture, toss to coat; drain. Divide and sprinkle over onions. On each crust layer: 1/2 cup mushrooms or bell pepper, 3 oz. meat, and 5 oz. cheese blend. Bake pizza until cheese melts and is golden, about 6 to 8 minutes. Serve immediately.
