Treviso, Sundried Tomato & Goat Cheese Pizza

Smoky-sweet barbecue sauce is an unexpected yet perfect flavor pairing with the bold taste of radicchio!
El Dorado Pizza
2 (12-inch) pizzas

2 (12-inch) pre-baked favorite pizza dough crusts
1/2 cup/4 oz. smoky barbecue sauce•
1/2 cup/2 oz. slivered sweet onion or red onion
2 tsp. honey
1-1/2 Tbsp. water
5 oz. Royal Rose™ radicchio, julienne-sliced or coarsely chopped
1 cup/3 oz. sliced mushrooms OR bell peppers
6 oz. cooked Italian sausage bits**
10 oz. shredded Italian-style cheese blend

Heat oven to 425 F. Transfer crusts to spray-coated pizza pans. Brush crusts with barbecue sauce. Sprinkle on onion. Blend honey and water. Place radicchio in small bowl. Sprinkle on honey mixture, toss to coat; drain. Divide and sprinkle over onions. On each crust layer: 1/2 cup mushrooms or bell pepper, 3 oz. meat, and 5 oz. cheese blend. Bake pizza until cheese melts and is golden, about 6 to 8 minutes. Serve immediately.

*Blend 1 to 2 drops of hickory seasoning/liquid smoke into 1/2 cup traditional barbecue sauce.
**Canadian bacon, pepperoni slices, or cooked chicken dices may be substituted for sausage.
